APH: Germanys

I watched 'Ghost in the Shell,' then I got a idea of the SF parody with Hetalia characters.

Gilbert was born in the degital network like Puppet Master in Ghost in the Shell and met little Ludwig by chance.
Ludwig is the successor of Beilschmidt Inc., which is a famous android and cyborg maker, and later, he became a engineer to make a body for Gilbert.
Gilbert is more like a android but he has made his record to got a citizenship and live with Ludwig as his brother.

I wanna draw this kind of story someday although I really don't know about SF...
